Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and prioritize incident response
- Analyze network traffic patterns to detect potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct forensic investigations on security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Implement security controls and best practices across cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards
- Develop threat intelligence reports and proactive mitigation strategies
- Participate in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
