Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and document security incidents using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing with Nessus/Burp Suite
- Collaborate with incident response teams during breach mitigation
- Develop security awareness training for non-technical staff
- Generate executive-level threat intelligence reports
- Manage firewall policies and endpoint security solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (training provided)
