Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents within 15-minute SLA
- Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-prem environments
- Generate incident reports and recommend remediation strategies
- Collaborate with global security teams during major incident responses
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks
- Participate in quarterly tabletop exercises and security drills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools
- Active CISSP or Security+ certification
- Proficiency in network security protocols (TCP/IP, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of threat intelligence sources (MISP, AlienVault)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
