Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SOAR automation
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance reports
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident response
- Implement network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Stay updated on emerging threats via threat intelligence platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT-related field
- 3+ years of SOC/NOC experience with night shift exposure
- Industry certifications: CISSP, Security+, or CEH required
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and incident response documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
