Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with 15-minute SLA
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during incident response
- Document security procedures and create detailed incident reports
- Conduct proactive threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC analyst roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of network security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Darktrace, CrowdStrike)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) environments
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
