Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations of security incidents and breaches
- Develop and implement threat detection rules and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
- Generate comprehensive incident response reports for stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- Participate in red team exercises and penetration testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SOC operations or threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and endpoint protection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
