Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on industrial control systems
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies, runbooks)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security controls in OT environments
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis
- Provide security awareness training to operational technology teams
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience with focus on industrial/OT security
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Understanding of NIST frameworks (NIST SP 800-82, 53)
- Experience with Windows/Linux system hardening and log analysis
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Ability to work rotating shifts during critical incidents
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
