Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations and remediation activities
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, playbooks)
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions
- Provide 24/7 on-call security support rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on incident response
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in threat detection, vulnerability management, and log analysis
- Proficiency with SIEM tools, network protocols, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems and Active Directory
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
