Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security monitoring and incident response using SIEM tools
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO standards
- Lead forensic investigations during security breaches and cyber incidents
- Manage security awareness training programs for employees
- Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with CISSP or CompTIA Security+
- Expert knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Splunk, AlienVault)
