Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the SIEM environment.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure architecture and deployment practices.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Relevant certification such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and incident response frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a flexible schedule.
- Clearance to work in the United States.
