Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations on security incidents and breach attempts
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Generate executive-level risk assessments and compliance reports
- Lead tabletop exercises for incident response scenarios
- Mentor junior analysts through our knowledge-sharing platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, GIAC preferred)
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex security data
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
