Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts for equity options trading platforms using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on financial systems
- Assist in incident response coordination during security breaches
- Implement and maintain firewall configurations and access controls
- Document security policies and procedures for compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with trading teams to address emerging cyber threats
- Participate in quarterly cybersecurity drills and simulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of network protocols and operating systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
