Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with provided tools
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate response protocols
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption)
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security posture across hybrid environments
- Stay updated on threat intelligence using provided intelligence feeds
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and network security protocols
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with incident response and forensic investigation
- Ability to work with provided equipment (laptops, security tools, test environments)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
