Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing simulations
- Document security incidents and maintain incident response logs
- Assist with firewall configuration and network security hardening
- Participate in security awareness training for employees
- Collaborate with the threat intelligence team on emerging risks
- Prepare compliance reports for NIST and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant cybersecurity certification (CompTIA Security+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
