Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Investigate security incidents and develop mitigation strategies
- Document security procedures and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging threats and countermeasures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+, CompTIA CySA+)
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proficiency in security tools (Splunk, Wireshark, Metasploit)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
