Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within our Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Investigate and remediate security breaches, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development and deployment practices.
- Generate and present detailed security reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GIAC GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common security tools (e.g., Splunk, SIEM, Firewalls).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
