Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, networks, and data flows for suspicious activity
- Investigate cybersecurity incidents using SIEM tools and forensic analysis
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and security documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Stay current on threat intelligence and emerging attack vectors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network analysis
- Experience with incident response protocols (NIST SP 800-61)
