Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and document findings
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop/implement security policies and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices
- Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or threat detection
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH preferred)
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
- Experience with incident response and vulnerability management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
