Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and networks for vulnerabilities using provided SIEM tools
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate forensic analysis
- Implement and maintain security controls across cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Generate detailed threat intelligence reports for leadership teams
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Conduct periodic security assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR tools
- Experience with network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills and threat detection capabilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations center coverage
