Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using provided SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with company-provided tools
- Investigate security incidents and implement remediation protocols
- Develop and maintain security documentation and incident response plans
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security posture across cloud and on-premise environments
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
- Participate in security awareness training for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+) preferred
- Proficiency in network protocols and security technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
