Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for suspicious activities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Incident response coordination including threat containment and remediation
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Analyze security logs and generate comprehensive threat reports
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Proficiency in network security protocols and tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap)
