Responsibilities
- Monitor security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight) and respond to incidents within SLAs
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and remediate vulnerabilities
- Analyze malware and anomalous activity using forensic tools
- Stay current with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
- Prepare executive security reports and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms and network security tools (Wireshark, Nmap)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and GRC frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize security incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
