Our team operates 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and handles 500+ security incidents monthly. You'll work alongside industry-certified professionals using cutting-edge tools like Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, and Microsoft Sentinel. We provide comprehensive training and certification support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk/Microsoft Sentinel) for threat detection and incident investigation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain security documentation including playbooks and runbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Respond to security incidents including malware analysis and forensic investigations
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and California data protection regulations
- Generate executive security reports and KPI dashboards
- Participate in tabletop exercises and security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC analyst role
- Active Security+, CISSP, or GIAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61)
- Knowledge of network protocols and Windows/Linux system administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 coverage
