Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud spend through resource monitoring and cost analysis
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Provide Level 3 support for cloud incidents and disaster recovery
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Active CISSP or CCSP certification preferred
- Experience with financial services healthcare verticals a plus
