Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices (AWS WAF, Azure Sentinel)
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients across Hawaii
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment workflows
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and incident response
- Document architecture decisions and create operational playbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers) and security protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
