Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance and optimize cloud environments for efficiency
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud service incidents with SLA-driven responses
- Document architecture blueprints and operational procedures
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- willingness to obtain AWS/Azure certifications within 12 months
