Responsibilities
- Architecting: Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC scripts (Terraform/Ansible).
- Optimization: Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimizations to reduce cloud costs and improve reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers and IT operations teams to streamline deployment processes and resolve technical issues.
- Security: Enforce compliance standards and implement best practices for cloud security and data protection.
- Flexible Support: Provide on-call support during critical windows with a schedule that suits your flexibility needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Containers: Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Certifications: Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
