Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems using monitoring platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor)
- Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-native solutions and best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, Load Balancing)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Professional) preferred
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
