Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency and performance
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Ensure compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and DevOps principles
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
