As a Cloud Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cloud-native solutions. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our legacy systems and ensuring high availability and performance for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy: Architect and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and management.
- Security: Implement and enforce security best practices, including encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance auditing.
- Monitoring: Establish comprehensive monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and software development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment frequency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and services.
- Programming: Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Containerization: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Networking: Deep understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, VPCs, and load balancers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
