Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability
- Automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS DevOps
- Implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Monitor cloud environments using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Document architecture designs and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
