Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management while ensuring high availability and performance
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
- Monitor cloud environments and proactively troubleshoot performance/security issues
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud-native services and best practices
- Implement robust security frameworks and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC2, PCI)
- Document architecture decisions and create operational playbooks for cloud services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers)
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Engineer, or GCP Professional)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
