Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of research projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and allocating resources efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and regulatory changes affecting our industry.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Chief Strategist) within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate complex concepts into clear strategic directives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
