Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of Next-Gen AI and Quantum Computing integrations.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems designed for future scalability and efficiency.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven experience in Leadership roles, managing large-scale technical teams and projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and preferably Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong background in System Architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
