Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Edge Computing.
- Lead a diverse team of architects and engineers to build scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate technological risks associated with rapid innovation cycles.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the AI and Quantum Computing sectors.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Information Technology, specifically focusing on AI and Future Tech.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology transitions and strategic overhauls.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong background in strategic planning, with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and act on them.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
