Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Collaborate with the engineering and marketing teams to gather and clean large datasets from various sources.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for leadership to support strategic planning.
- Data Validation: Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our analytical models.
- Support Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc data projects and market research initiatives as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures (training provided for the right candidate).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and a genuine passion for uncovering the story behind the numbers.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
