Responsibilities
- Prompt Strategy Development: Design and implement complex, multi-turn prompt strategies to elicit optimal responses from LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, and custom fine-tuned models.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and output evaluation to measure the effectiveness of different prompt engineering techniques and refine model behavior.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation to standardize AI workflows across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and product managers to integrate prompt-based features into production applications seamlessly.
- Safety & Ethics: Identify and mitigate potential biases or harmful outputs in AI generation, ensuring responsible AI deployment.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in NLP, prompt engineering frameworks, and generative AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful optimization of LLM outputs.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations for AI models (OpenAI API, Anthropic API, etc.).
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and clarity.
