Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to and through 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate Machine Learning models with cloud-native applications.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Expert knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with MLOps, Data Pipelines, and Real-time inference systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
