Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical/quantum ML models
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for next-gen AI safety research
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and White House Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/Computer Science/AI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Proven track record in securing NSF/DARPA grants
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Fluency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems affecting >1M users
