Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence through code reviews
- Secure external funding through government grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML research with production-level deployment experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed training
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR or equivalent
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or computer vision
- Experience with MLOps and AI deployment at scale
- Portfolio of open-source contributions or commercial AI products
