Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum-entangled neural networks and next-gen AI architectures
- Develop novel algorithms for unsupervised learning across multi-dimensional datasets
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers on AI ethics and alignment
- Prototype and deploy experimental models in our distributed quantum computing environment
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams in agile research methodologies
- Secure federal and private grants for exploratory AI projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level machine learning systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into practical applications
- Deep understanding of AI safety protocols and ethical alignment frameworks
