Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and societal impact
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on federally funded AI innovation projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) with h-index >20
- Expertise in quantum computing, transformer architectures, and multi-agent systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500K+ in federal AI research grants
- Experience leading international AI research teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
