Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous systems and predictive analytics

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) with 1000+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
- Track record of deploying production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
