Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum computing systems or enterprise AI platforms
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's), quantum machine learning, and neural networks
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strategic planning experience with technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional) or AI strategy preferred
