Responsibilities
- Architect long-term AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies in quantum-AI convergence
- Design human-centered AI interaction models for next-generation interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Mentor emerging AI ethicists and futurists through our Horizon Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Futures Studies, or Computational Philosophy with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI's societal impact or technological forecasting
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Track record of influencing national AI policy or international standards bodies
- Fluency in at least one symbolic programming language (Prolog, Lisp) and Python
