Responsibilities

- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Research and publish industry-leading ethical AI whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven experience developing AI bias mitigation strategies
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Proficiency in Python for AI model analysis tools
