Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Create compliance documentation for international AI regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI implementation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
