Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI models
- Develop transparent documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new AI product launches
- Establish KPIs for measuring ethical AI performance across the organization
- Advocate for responsible AI practices in industry forums and policy discussions
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
