Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Expertise in bias detection frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Published research in algorithmic transparency or fairness
- Experience with explainable AI techniques (XAI)
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI development
