Responsibilities
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare and critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional research teams in auditing algorithmic bias for 2026-era large language models
- Author white papers on AI-human collaboration ethics for IEEE and WEF summits
- Design real-time ethics monitoring systems for federated learning networks
- Advise global policymakers on AI legislation with Nexus' UN partnership
- Mentor PhD candidates through our 'Ethical AI 2026' fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Certification in EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 on ethical AI implementation
- Fluency in Python and PyTorch for ethics simulation development
- Demonstrated experience with UN/WHO tech policy initiatives
